This one day conference, held at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington on October 2nd, is an intimate, informative and intense educational conference where attendees participate in expert-led sessions and interactive discussions that explore the best practices and benchmark current policies across the hotel and restaurant industries.

The latest cases, trends, challenges and solutions relevant to hospitality industry are up for exploration in Ted Talk Style Presentations, Deeper Dive Roundtable, and Immersive Tabletop Exercises.

Ted Talk Style Presentations: Modeled after the world-famous TED Talks format, these sessions feature several consecutive speakers, each delivering a concise, effective, eight-minute presentation to the entire audience.

Deeper Dive Roundtable: Following the Ted Talk Style Forums, there are Deeper Dive Roundtables occurring simultaneously featuring each Ted Talk Style presenter. Attendees will switch tables every fifteen minutes allowing deeper dives on forum subject matters of their choosing.

Immersive Tabletop Exercises: Participate in real-world immersive tabletop exercises along with other attendees and walk away with a gap analysis for your business.
